Portland Project

The Highmont Home team renovated the Portland Project in Montclair, NJ.  Services included Space Planning, Design Planning, Construction, Project Management and Realty Listing by Graham Blundell of Donovan Realty & Development.  We reconfigured this 1887 Victorian’s existing footprint to create an open concept kitchen to living room in the 2nd floor 3 bedroom, 1 full bath unit with entry mudroom as well as a new galley kitchen in the 1st floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit.  We also boosted this multi-family’s entry curb appeal with accessories and staging.
