Brookwood Project

The Highmont Home team renovated the Brookwood Project in South Orange, NJ.  Services included Space Planning, Design Planning, Construction and Project Management.  We reconfigured and maximized this 1929 classic brick center hall Colonial’s existing footprint to create a formal entry, open concept dining to kitchen with center island, walk-in pantry coffee bar and dining room wine bar buffet, powder bath, tiled fireplace, mudroom closet, renovated main full bath with tub-shower and double vanity as well as primary bathroom with walk-in spa shower, linen cabinet and double vanity.
