Park Project

Highmont Home team renovated 32 Park Place in South Orange, NJ in partnership with South Mountain Investments.  Services included Space Planning, Design Planning, Project Management, Home Staging and listing by Donovan Realty & Development.  We added a large two-story addition to this modest 1873 home and doubled its square footage to create a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home with formal living room, open concept dining to kitchen with center island and pantry-bar area, powder bath, laundry-mudroom, in-law bedroom with en-suite bath, luxury primary suite with vaulted ceilings, sitting area, two walk-in closets, spa-like bath with walk-in marble shower, soaking tub, double vanity and private toilet closet, three additional bedrooms and a full bath with double vanity.  The exterior featured board and batten Hardie siding and a standing seam metal porch roof.
