Highmont Home team renovated 49 Chestnut St in Millburn, NJ in partnership with South Mountain Investments.  Services included Space Planning, Design Planning, Project Management, Home Staging and listing by Donovan Realty & Development.  We reconfigured and maximized this 1870 Italianate’s existing footprint to create a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with an entry foyer, formal living room with fireplace, open concept dining to kitchen with large center island and walk-in pantry and wine bar, family room with fireplace, home office, mudroom, laundry room, powder bath, luxury primary suite with high ceilings and fireplace, walk-in closet, spa-like bath with walk-in shower and double vanity, additional full bathroom with double vanity, three additional bedrooms and a finished basement.
