Fairfield Project

The Highmont Home team renovated the Fairfield Project in Montclair, NJ.  Services included Space Planning, Design Planning, Construction and Project Management.  We reconfigured and maximized this 1924 brick center hall Colonial’s existing footprint to create an open concept dining room to kitchen with center island, opened a connection to an existing family room addition, added a mudroom with bench, cubbies and two deep closets as well as renovated the powder bath, 2nd floor laundry room and painted the exterior and added front porch curb appeal.
