The Highmont Home team renovated 79 Lloyd Rd in Montclair, NJ in partnership with South Mountain Investments.  Services included Space Planning, Design Planning, Project Management, Home Staging and listing by Donovan Realty & Development.  We added a large two-story addition to this historic 1902 stucco grand center hall Colonial’s and maximized the existing footprint to create a 6 bedroom, 5 bath home with a formal living room, formal dining room, an open concept kitchen with center island, eat-in breakfast nook and wine bar lounge, a terrace with stunning year-round NYC views, powder bath, luxury primary suite with private balcony, fireplace, walk-in closet, spa-like bath with walk-in marble shower, soaking tub and dual vanities, five additional bedrooms, three additional full bathrooms as well as a finished basement with walk out access to in-ground gunite pool, vintage-inspired pool bathroom, media room, mudroom and kitchenette.
