Duncan Project

The Highmont Home team renovated 16 Duncan St in Millburn, NJ in partnership with South Mountain Investments.  Services included Space Planning, Design Planning, Project Management, Home Staging and listing by Donovan Realty & Development.  We added a large two-story addition to this 1900 side hall Colonial to create a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home with entry mudroom, home office, formal dining room with fireplace, open concept living room with fireplace to kitchen with center island, pantry cabinets and wine bar, large deck, luxury primary suite with vaulted ceilings, two reach-in closets, spa-like bath with walk-in marble shower and double vanity, four additional bedrooms, two additional full bathrooms, finished basement with in-law suite.
