Northview Project

Highmont Home team renovated the Northview Project in Montclair, NJ.  Services included Space Planning, Design Planning, Construction and Project Management.  We added an addition to this historic 1892 Victorian and maximized the existing footprint to create an open concept dining to kitchen with high ceilings, center island, pantry cabinets, wine bar as well as renovated 1st floor full bath with walk-in shower, refreshed 2nd floor full bath with new vanity and accessories, added brand new 3rd floor full bath with walk-in shower and skylight.
