James Project

The Highmont Home team renovated 6 James St in Montclair, NJ in partnership with First Mountain Realty.  Services included Space Planning, Design Planning, Project Management and Home Staging.  We reconfigured and maximized this grand historic 1870 Dutch Colonial Revival’s existing footprint to create a 6 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom home with formal entry, formal living room, open concept dining to family room to kitchen with center island, walk-in pantry and eat-in banquette, new deck, home office, mudroom, laundry room, powder bath, luxury primary suite with walk-in closet, spa-like marble bath with walk-in shower and double vanity, an additional five bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus finished basement with two rec areas and storage.
