Orange Project

The Highmont Home team renovated 201 Orange Rd in Montclair, NJ in partnership with First Mountain Realty.  Services included Space Planning, Design Planning, Project Management and Home Staging.  We reconfigured this grand historic 1875 Greek Revival to create a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with a formal entry and mudroom, formal living room with fireplace, open concept family room to dining room with fireplace, expansive kitchen with center island, pantry cabinets and wine bar, new paver patio, in-law suite with full bath, luxury primary suite with fireplace, walk-in closet, spa-like marble bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity and private toilet closet, four additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, 2nd floor laundry room and home office.
