Midland Project

Highmont Home team renovated the Midland Project in Montclair, NJ.  Services included Space Planning, Design Planning, Construction and Project Management.  We reconfigured and maximized this historic 1917 center hall Colonial’s existing footprint to create a kitchen with center island, walk-in pantry and wine bar, relocated powder bath, new mudroom closet, 2nd floor full bath with double vanity and luxury primary suite with dual walk-in closets and spa-like bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity and private toilet closet.
