Krista Blundell of Highmont Home designed 30 Mountain Ave in Maplewood, NJ for Custom Home Solutions Inc, a premier NJ home renovator.  Services included Space Planning and Design Planning.  Krista reconfigured and maximized this historic 1917 brick center hall Colonial’s existing footprint to create a 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bathroom home with an open concept kitchen-dining, home office, sunroom bar, mudroom, powder bath, luxury primary suite with walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanities and private toilet closet, two more bedrooms with en suite full bathroom, 2nd floor laundry room, two additional bedrooms on 3rd floor with a full bath, finished basement with two rec rooms and deep storage areas.
