The Highmont Home team renovated 80 N Wyoming Ave in South Orange, NJ. Services included Space Planning, Design Planning, Project Management, Home Staging and Real Estate listing by Graham Blundell of Donovan Realty & Development.  We reconfigured and maximized this expansive 1950s ranch’s existing footprint to create a 6 bedroom, 5 bath home with formal living room, formal dining room, open concept family room to kitchen with large center island, pantry-bar and breakfast nook, laundry mudroom, sunporch, elevated deck, luxury primary suite with fireplace, sitting area, walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanities, toilet closet and walk-in closet, spacious lower level bar entertainment game room that opens to firepit patio, media room, in-law suite with kitchenette and more.
